Learners will work both as part of a team and as an individual – to improve their ability and understanding of how best to apply critical thinking in any given situation.

Personality and Leadership

The most effective managers have developed a range of skills such as self-awareness and both social and emotional intelligence.

This module is designed to highlight these soft skills and to help participants to deepen these skills. Self-assessment tests including NEO-PI-3 are used to help the learner develop and understand these skills in more detail.

Participants will explore concepts, techniques and theories that form the basis of strategic management and how they can be applied in various business scenarios.

Candidates will have a greater understanding of how to manage a business from a strategic perspective rather than an operational one.

Strategic Management of Technology & Innovation

Businesses use technology to deliver products and services of all shapes and sizes for their customers. This module focuses on managing that technology and how to optimise it in order to achieve organisational goals.
